Hello my name is Dhwani Adesara. I am a Personality Development Coach, Public speaker and menstrual educator. (hyperlink). Couple of years back even I was in the same phase of being confused, having self- doubt, and not knowing what to do next with my career. All I knew was that I wanted to do something but didn’t know what, where, and how to start.

While I was pursuing my bachelor’s degree, I was skeptical about my career options. Just because it is customary to go for a master’s degree, hence even I enrolled myself in it, thinking that I will have a secured life and I will be with my friends. What I wasn’t realizing is that I was wasting my time by blindly following what was being done by others and what I knew was the right thing to do. When I couldn’t get through these exams nor bag a job interview I was in a catch 22 situation. I knew I wanted to do something that I love and I am passionate about but didn’t know where to start. Hence I had to know myself a little more. I am sure we all have heard that “the best way to know yourself better is to write down your strengths and weakness.” Right?

So I put my laziness aside, took a pen & paper and started jotting down my strengths and weakness (hyperlink). While I was writing down my confusion was eradicating and my self-doubt was decreasing. (P.S: trust me writing down your feelings and thoughts always helps).That’s when I could figure out that I am a person who has a loquacious nature so why not make this a profession? Now that I was 70% sure about my career option I started searching for courses on public speaking. While doing my research and talking to people about courses related to it, that’s when I stumbled upon the course

I capitalized on my strength and today I am a soft skills trainer imparting my expertise knowledge to young adults, young professionals, and students. Helping them to profess the art of communication and guiding them to follow what they are passionate about. I believe we all have that unique spark within us. We just need to take that one step to find ourselves and do what’s best for us. If the foundation is laid at an early stage it will lead to the holistic development of ourselves.

It is rightly said by Theodore Roosevelt that “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” All we need to do is to escape the ordinary by exploring our capabilities and giving ourselves a second chance.
